Chip is an independent management consultant with extensive experience working in, consulting with and leading large, action oriented organizations. He has taught or managed leadership programs in a variety of prestigious organizations including: the Air Force Academy, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National War College, U.S. Postal Service Management Academy, Foreign Service Institute, Disney University, the Eckerd College Management Development Institute, the University of Maryland National Leadership Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership. His consulting focuses on: developing managers, management teams and intact work teams; strategic planning; managing organizational change; and stimulating innovation. Among his many publications is an internationally recognized book on significant organizational changes in the U.S. military and eight other countries.
